CNC lathe operators are responsible for the use, maintenance and basic maintenance of the equipment;

The equipment repairer is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and the necessary maintenance;

The workshop manager is responsible for the supervision of the operators and equipment maintenance of the entire workshop;

5.  Main Content:

CNC lathe has the characteristics of machine, electricity and liquid in one, technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive. It is an advanced processing equipment with high degree of automation, complex structure and high cost. In order to give full play to its benefits and reduce the occurrence of faults, CNC lathe operators are required to have knowledge of mechanics, machining processes and hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as knowledge of automatic control, drive and measurement technology.

5.1 routine maintenance:

5.1.1 CNC system

equipment is required to avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, and to avoid places that are too humid, excessive dust and corrosive gases. Precision CNC equipment should be kept away from equipment with large vibrations, such as punching machines and forging equipment.

5.1.2 Good power supply guarantee:

avoid the influence of large fluctuation of power supply (more than plus or minus 10% ) and possible transient interference signals. CNC equipment generally uses dedicated line power supply, adding voltage regulators, etc. to reduce the influence of power quality and electrical interference. . Check the regulator fan, circuit board, and signal lights normally.

5.1.3 Clean the machine every day and wipe off the coolant on the rail.

When working, all the working surfaces are coated with oil to prevent rust and the guide rails from rusting.

5.1.4 Guide oil tank:

Check the oil mark and oil quantity daily, add lubricating oil in time, and lubricate the pump to start oiling and stop in time.

5.1.5 X, Z axial guide surface:

remove chips and dirt, check whether the lubricant is full, and there is no scratch damage on the guide surface. The chip conveyor is cleaned.

5.1.6 Compressed air source:

Check the pressure of the pneumatic control system, which should be in the normal range.

5.1.7 Air source automatic water filter, air dryer:

timely clean the water filtered out in the water separator to ensure the automatic air dryer works normally.

5.1.8 Pneumatic converter and supercharger oil level:

When it is found that the oil level is not enough, make up the oil in time.

5.1.9 Spindle lubrication constant temperature fuel tank:

normal operation, sufficient oil quantity and suitable working range.

5.1.10 Hydraulic balance system:

The balance pressure indication is normal, and the balance valve works normally when moving quickly.

5.1.11 Hydraulic system:

The fuel tank and oil pump have no abnormal noise, the pressure gauge indicates normal, the pipeline and each joint have no leakage, and the working oil level is normal.

5.1.12 Electrical cooling and ventilation devices of electrical cabinets:

The cooling fans of each electrical cabinet work normally, and the air duct filter network is not blocked.
