1.The whole machine adopts laser interfer-ometer to detect, effectively guarantee the positioning accuracy of Z axis and X axis,repeated positioning accuracy, backlash and machine tool stabllity.
2.The machine headstock and bed, tailstock, pallet . and other joint surfaces are scraped by hand.
3.The main drive is three gears stepless frequency conversion speed regulation. Its gears are all hardened and ground, and strong oil lubrication cooling function,they have good high-speed and low-temperature performance; the design of the headstock box has heat dissipation and shock absorption effects, and its noise is low, high precision.
4.The bed foot of the bed is casted with resin sand, aging treatment, the guide rail is subjected to super audio frequency quenching, and the whole grinding process has good accuracy.
