3) The spindle and servo amplifiers of our company adopt the α series (FANUC is the highest configuration), and the spindle and transverse amplifiers are separated, the β series are economical amplifiers, and the price is lower than the α series, and the spindle and transverse amplifiers are integrated. All need to be replaced in the later maintenance and replacement, and the maintenance cost of β series is higher than that of α series. α motor torque, feedback accuracy, encoder resolution, and current detection are far stronger than β motors.
